Returns and exchanges  


Step 1: Do I qualify, am I eligible?  

Eligible Products for Refund or Exchange:   

  • Products in original factory condition: UNWASHED, unaltered, un-styled, undamaged, not worn, No-Hair loss, containing no odor or signs of any wear or styling products 
  • Must have original hang tags attached to product and in original packaging.  
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving.  
  • A completed Returns and Exchange Web Form

For Exchanges: Make sure to tell us what item you want us to send you.  

For Returns: Let us know why you are returning. We are eager to learn more so we can continue to grow and improve.  


Step 3: Send your item(s) back to us. 

Send it back to the address that is on the message you will get after submitting your Web Form 

(We do NOT accept walk-ins, delivery only)  


Who Pays for Shipping?   

You pay shipping when returning item(s) to Dimples, for both returns and exchanges. Dimples pays when shipping Item(s) to you for an exchange (providing the value is over £50).  

We suggest purchasing insurance for all packages you send back; Dimples is NOT responsible for any missing items.  


Step 4: Dimples QC Review of Item(s):   

Upon receiving, Dimples will check to see if the product was returned within the 14 days return window. Dimples will then do a thorough Quality Control check before issuing a refund or exchange. If item(s) is unsatisfactory, we will ship the item back to you at your cost. 


When will I get my Refund?  

Dimples will send a refund within 5-10 business days (it may take longer for you to receive depending on your bank).   

Sales taxes paid during purchase will also be refunded. We will refund you via the original method you used to purchase.  

*Returns and Exchanges without a completed web form will not be accepted.
